Papas a la Huancaina

Originating from Huancayo city in Peru, Papas a la Huancaína (Huancayo-style potatoes) is an authentic and unique potato salad dish consisting of a spicy, creamy, and rich cheese sauce, drizzled over boiled yellow or white potatoes, topped with hard boiling egg and black olive.

Papas Rellenas ( Stuffed Potatoes)

Mashed potato stuffed with minced beef, Aji Panca paste, onions, garlic. raisins, olives, and hard-boiled eggs. Pan-fried until golden brown. Served with Salsa Criolla on the side.

Peruvian fish ceviche

Delicious white fish marinated in lime juice, habanero chile, Leche de Tigre, red onion, and hot rocoto pepper. Served with sliced sweet potato, Peruvian corn, and Canchita. Garnished with thinly sliced plantain and cilantro leaves

Arroz con pollo

A traditional Peruvian dish, bone-in chicken thighs braised in cilantro sauce. Served with coriander rice, Salsa Criolla, a classic Peruvian condiment made of red onion and aji amarillo pepper, and Rocoto hot sauce, a Peruvian spicy red pepper salsa.

Pan con Chicharrón

Peruvian sandwich of pork shoulder confit, pork belly, and sweet potato on a French roll. Served with a "Salsa Criolla” (red onions, yellow pepper and cilantro dressing with lime juice and olive oil)

Jackfruit Rice

This dish is the vegan version of arroz con pollo! Peruvian coriander rice studded pulled jackfruit with diced carrots, bell peppers, peas, and sweet corn.
